Apartment policy

We hope every one of you has a wonderful experience during your stay in our flats. Besides offering a cozy & clean housing environment, harmonious community is also a core concept in our company vision. We aim to create friendly relationships among our tenants as well as with our neighbourhood. To reach this goal, some behaviours in the property are strictly regulated:

●     Any partying, excessive noise making, smoking, littering, or behaviors that disturbs neighbors and other tenants in our buildings are strictly forbidden. 25room has the right to cancel the lease with the tenant who violates the rule agreed in the lease.

●     To maintain the living quality for each tenant in the flat, rooms without private bathroom can only accommodate one tenant on a long-term basis. For short term visitors, please notify the apartment manager in advance as respect.

●     Every tenant in the flat has to maintain the property in a clean and tidy condition and share the household chores regularly.

●     The tenant is not allowed to sublet their rooms without written consent of apartment manager.

Any violation to the agreed rules could cause the cancellation of lease and the tenant who violates the housing policies will be requested to move out of the flat in a week. For the detailed apartment policy, please contact us for further information.
